The heating furnace
The heating furnace work size: 4700×400×80(L×W×H, mm).
the heating power is :120KW
Rated maximum gas consumption of the quenching furnace :15m3/h The main frames are welded with 10# channel iron and 5#angle iron. The walls are use A3 type steel plates. The furnace is firm and all parts have rust treatment.
Automatic upgrade and roll loading machine on the load part use to put the parts uniform, the height of the load machine could adjustment to meet different parts.
2,Refractory
The lining build by aluminum silicate fiber insulation material. The temperature of furnace beside:≤45℃:the top of furnace: ≤55℃.
3,Muffle (use for quenching furnace)
The heating zone muffle material use stainless steel: 310S ,6mm thickness.There are some ribs on the top and beside of the muffle improve the use time.
4,electrical heating elements
The electrical heating elements are spiral type. The heating elements are fixed up/down of the lining with ceramic nails, you can change the elements one by one.
5,salt bath furnace
The salt bath furnace work size:6000×750×1000mm(L×W×H),use for salt bath the parts to 650℃.The power of furnace is 120KW,ues electric heat tubes for heat.
The salt bath furnace consist as:furnace body,mixing system,drive system.
The shell is made by A3 steel and has the belt to move the parts. The lining build by aluminum silicate fiber insulation material.
The furnace pot is made by stainless steel as SUS304,thickness as 8mm,there is a cool water system out of the furnace pot.
Mixing system use two sets of mixing machine fixed on the top of furnace.
7,Belt
The belt is weaves by SUS314 (made in Swedish Corresponding to the national standard: 0Cr25Ni20Si2) type stainless steel, width: 400mm for quenching furnace. SUS304 stainless steel belt width: 750mm for salt bath furnace.
8,Transmission system
The transmission system uses the rubber rollers to compress the belt and use the frequency machine control. The belt must run smooth. The speed could adjust as 20-300mm/min.
9,Electrical control system
The total control system consists of furnace temperature control system SHIMADEN(Made in Japan), belt move control system, water cool control system. All control system could show on the control cabinet.
The quenching furnace is divided as 3 independent control areas. Temperature uniformity≤±5℃.PID temperature control, automatic temperature alarm.
The salt bath furnace is divided as 3 independent control areas. Temperature uniformity≤±10℃. PID temperature control, automatic temperature alarm.
