Phenolic foam sandwich panel continuous production line
Rigid polyfoam sandwich panel continuous production line is specialized equipment used for producing both the upper and lower sides are color-steel sandwich panel with core sheet is anti-combustion polyurethane, polyisocyanurate or phenolic foam. This production line is mainly applied to produce roof panels and wall panels of steel structure buildings, which could also produce other insulation foam panels by changing the upper and lower facing material. Its operation principle is rigid polyfoam raw material with a certain blending ratio sent to pouring head for mixing by metering pump on the injection machine, then uniformly injected on the lower facing. After this injection, the lower facing sheet together with upper facing sheet will by conveyed into the double-belt laminating conveyor. The injected material will be foamed and hardened into shape during its laminating and conveying process. At the end of this production line, the formed sandwich panel will be cut into preset length by auto-tracking cutting machine.
