EMM101-2 polyethylene foam sheet laminating machine
1. Product Characteristic
EMM101-2 series laminating machine is called laminating machine, when it works, live foaming injection is happened in two boards, and when it solidified, unloading another tow boards, so that is two in two out. The feature of this machine is that the volume of the equipment is smaller than continuous polyurethane laminboard production line, and it is more suitable for the construction of the cold storehouse and the manufacture of other high heat retaining tectonic polyurethane sandwich panel.
2. Main configuration
2.1 Laminating machine frame
Laminator rack is weld with steel. The density of laminating machine’s frame can meet the requirement of foaming.
2.2 Load template
Load template is the main part of laminating machine, two sets of up and down template can be used at the same time., load template adopting integrated processing, in internal to leave water circulation channel, load template as a laminating machine Lord shut parts, designing and manufacturing process a number of process index inspection, to ensure the laminating machine biggest foaming force requirements, die plate flatness is 0.5 mm, surface roughness for Ra = 3.2 um.

2.7 Temperature control system
Electric heating water tank under the control of temperature control system, provides heat for download template. Temperature can be adjusted within the range of 30 to 50 ℃.
