1,Material instruction
PVC exterior wall decoration panel is a new type of decoration material. This product adopt a large number of new type modifier, keep the PVC original characteristics and make big improvement in mechanical properties. New product structure design also make the product superiority can be fully reflected, the price is far lower than the imported products. This panel is mainly suitable for indoor and outdoor wall and shed surface, eaves decoration. Its physicochemical properties is the characteristics of PVC sheet.
2, Material features introduction
Good decoration:Due to its different pattern such as imitation wood, rich and varied color, clear and lively line, Euramerican popular contemporary feeling, especially suitable for villa, apartment and old building reconstruction etc.
Widely application: This material with good resistance of severe cold and heat resistant, durable, anti UV and aging resistance. For the acid, alkali,salt and humid areas, it have particularly good corrosion resistance. Easy to clean, it can be sprayed rinse. Maintenance-free, no need paint and coatings.
Fire prevention: Its oxygen index is 40, flame retardant and self-extinguishing when away from the fire. Accord with national fireproof test B1 level. (GB-T8624-1997)
High energy conservation: Very convenient to install polystyrene foam material in the inner lining, which make better external wall thermal insulation. Polystyrene foam materials just like a layer of cotton-padded clothes. And PVC exterior wall decoration panel like a wrap. Make the house warm in winter and cool in summer. The energy conservation is very good.

3,Model and specification
Model:Divide into single plate decoration panel and double plates decoration panel.

2,Thickness:1.1mm±0.05mm
3,Length:standard is 6m,can be customized.
Classification by use:exterior decoration panel, interior decoration panel, special-shaped panel.
Color:White as the basic color, colorized panel could be customized according to customer's requirement.
Main accessories:top and bottom heal, J sheet, socket heal, exterior corner column, interior corner column, joint sheet.
Above accessories are easy to install. Consonant appearance. Make the connection with heat bilges and cold shrink space change.
Packaging:Woven plastic bag as outer packing,each bag 12pcs or14pcs, inside with products factory certificate.
Strictly follow the following basic rule during installation:
A.Nails must nail in the middle of nail hole, leave 0.5-1mm between the nail head and decoration panel. Only for the expansion and contraction.
B.Please hammer a nail sideways, in order to ensure nail vertical nailing.
C.Allow decoration panel natural sag, decoration panel move freely, seal only in the required place
D.Pull the nail must be angle vertical, force evenly, prevent damage to decoration panel.
E.Nail each 20-40cm on the lateral panel, each 15-30cm on the accessories.
F.For the expansion and contraction, please leave 6mm space at the beginning and end of the installation place.
