I, Container house presentation
Removable container house--It adopt modular production technology, divide into standard modular components, assembly on site when need to use. It help to reduce the installation and dismounting time, reduce transport cost.
II, Installation process
1,Put the container chassis on the firm and flat ground.
2,Fix column on the chassis with screw in vertical space.
3,Connect the container top structure with 4 columns slowly, fix with screw.
4,,Install the wall panel and window accordingly.
5,Install the ceiling panel and partition panel.

IV, Technical specification
Modular container office adopt the current international popular container hall design concept and manufacturing process, can be single use or several units connect together(2-3 floor). The good thermal insulation create a good living environment for the field workers. The container house widely use for construction site office, accommodation, field operations sites etc field.
1, Container house adopt the light steel structure system, composite EPS thermal insulationpanel as wall. All wall panel and accessories can be folded packing. It is very easy and simple for the installation. Suitable for large quantity of long transportation and export shipment. Standard size:(mm)6058*2438*2591, Export size should be smaller(5850*2300*2700).One 40HQ can load 6-8 sets.
2, Roof, floor both pre-fabricated at factory. Convenience, easy and quick for the on site installation. Time saving.
3, The stable light steel structure enable the house to resist 120KM/H wind speed and keep good integrity when earthquake intensity reach 8 grade.
4, Complete and compressed package transportation are acceptable.
5, Small basic production required, can be used on site directly.

1, Strictly prohibited to remove the steel component, wall panel adjusting yoke and level support.

4, Electrical appliances should be installed overload protector
5, Check and maintenance circuit system constantly , prevent short circuit cause fire
6, Maintenance and overall paint the steel structure one time each year.
