1. Brief Introduction
Our company has many years of experience in producing gypsum board and gypsum powder production line, identified by the Commerce Department as Designated Equipment Manufacturer. According to our more than ten years experience and surveys from the customers., we always provide advanced technology content, high reliability ,lower operation and qualified gypsum board technology scheme.
Characteristics of the equipment
1.1 It is easy to form a complete equipment. Except the special parts for the production line, the other parts can use the Chinese standard equipment. Control the quality in strict accordance with the ISO9001. The key electronic components use the high quality products from the internationally known company.
1.2 The scale of production and the area of the plant are moderate and match the automation and the mechanization of the production line, which is easy to manage.
1.3 The production line adopts Germany's advanced technology and our researching personnel research on the main parts such as dosing, forming and drying to design high efficiency, stability and energy saving production line.
1.4 The line moves at speed of less than 25m/min and it’s intermediate part moves at speed of 20~30 m/min, which accommodates with the condition of raw materials supply and have no special requirement for the raw materials.
1.5 Less investment and mature production technology. The production cycle is short and the customers will benefit very quickly. The quality of the products is easy to guarantee.

(Basis of calculation: L: 2400mm, T: 9.5mm, W: 1200mm, weight: 6.8 kg/sqm, when producing gypsum board with thickness of 9.5mm, the production speed of solidification belt is less than 25m/min)

(4) Maintenance and power distribution spare parts warehouse:about 50 SQM
(5) Office area and worker apartment (Depends on customers requirements)
3.4 Labor capacity requirements
Working days per year : 300 days
Shift: Three shifts
Working hours per shift:8 hours/shift
