High Speed Paper Cup Forming Machine
High speed paper cup forming machine is our latest machine, which is made on the based of our 20 years manufacturing experience and advanced technology from oversea countries, has awarded three national patents. We adopt ultrasonic sealing, cam rocker type cup sending, high temperature bottom curling, slope-driven type bottom rolling and sealing, automatic cup piling, etc. With advantages of compact structure, professional design, and less noisy, the machine is suitable for producing both single and double sides PE paper cups.
Characteristics
1. Major parts are from oversea countries so that improve the quality of the machine.
2. Adopted the steel for knife mold to increase the life.
3. The material of cup mould is adopted aluminum instead if steel, which reduces weight and improve the speed.
4. The heater was from Switzerland, which is heating faster.
5. The cup bottom can be transferred by one time, with highly exactness, reduce the wasting.
