Advantages

The machine is composed of transverse conveyor,rotating loading system,infeed conveyor,CNC infeed carriage,marking unit,shearing unit,unloading conveyor as well as hydraulic,electrical and pneumatic system,etc.
Veasatile triple tooling on each side which can install three kinds of punches with different diameters.Versatile triple tooling can move together controlled by CNC which is to change the punching stadia.
Double-blade shearing ensures perfect cutting section.The clearance can be conveniently adjusted.
Marking unit adopts a closed frame with good rigidity.Four sets of character boxes are fixed on the marking unit which can be selected by program.Marking stadia can be at will.
The workpiece is infeeded by the CNC carriage with high positioning precision.The infeed carriage is driven by servo motor.The photoelectric encoder feds back the information.Closed loop control.The clamp arm moves up and down with high rigidity.It is driven by ball screw and guided by linear guideway.
The support device of the ounching unit is driven up and down by hydraulic cylinder.
The rotating loading system is driven by the reducer with high working stability.
The hydraulic system mainly serves for punching,shearing,marking,marking device movement,pressing and supporting workpiece,and tansposition of character boxes.The hydraulic pipeline is ferrule connected.
