Advantages

1) The machine is composed of transverse conveyor, rotating loading system, infeed conveyor, CNC infeed carriage, marking unit, punching unit, shearing unit, unloading conveyor as well as hydraulic, electrical and pneumatic system, etc.

2) Versatile triple tooling on each side which can install three kinds of punches with different diameters. Versatile triple tooling can move together controlled by CNC which is to change the punching stadia

3) Double-blade shearing ensures perfect cutting section. The clearance can be conveniently adjusted.

4) Marking unit adopts a closed frame with good rigidity. Four sets of character boxes are fixed on the marking unit which can be selected by program. Marking stadia can be set at will.

5) The workpiece is infeeded by the CNC carriage with high positioning precision. The infeed carriage is driven by servo motor. The photoelectric encoder feeds back the information Closed loop control.

6) The clamp arm moves up and down with high rigidity. It is driven by ballscrew and guided by linear guide way.

7) The support device of the punching unit is driven up and down by hydraulic cylinder.

8) The rotating loading system is driven by the reducer with high working stability

9) The hydraulic system mainly serves for punching, shearing, marking, marking device movement, pressing and supporting workpiece and transposition of character boxes. The hydraulic pipeline is ferrule connected.

After sales service :

1. The Seller shall provide all spare parts needed for maintenance of the equipments.

2. During the period of guarantee, within TWELVE(12) months after delivery, the seller shall be responsible for  the  damage  due  to  the  defects  in  designing  and 

 manufacturing.

3. During the guarantee period all broken parts the damage due to the defects in designing and manufacturing of the

 manufacturer shall be replaced into a new one. Buyer will inform Seller about malfunction of the machine or part of it

. Firstly, the defective part will be sent to Seller on the cost of the Seller by courier, and then the new one will be sent

 to the Buyer after the receipt of the defect one from the buyer on the cost of the Seller in10 days by courier.

4. The Seller is obligated to supply after guaranty service. After guarantee period all costs of replacement, cost of 

spare parts, shipment cost, and others cost shall be covered by Buyer.
