1,Product characteristic:
1. This block making machine completely use PLC systems, human-computer interface and Chinese/English menu. It integrated with the advanced international mechanic, hydraulic and automatic technologies. Its easy for workers to communicate with the machine through color screen touch control system. The parameter is adjustable any time in accordance with the change of products and materials. it can analyze signal random, diagnosis fault and set parameter, this ensure the best work of the machine;
2. This model is a multi-purpose machine. It can manufacture wall bricks, heat-insulating bricks, grass pavers, square pavers, slop protection pavers, road shoulder pavers, curbs, etc by simply changing the mould.
3. The model is designed with a device separating material storage and material distribution. Storage is photo-electrically controlled and material s is distributed as needed. Storage hopper is separated from vibration source to avoid premature liquefaction of some concrete due to the effect of aftershock Special arch device ensures rapid and even distribution of materials, a swinging distribution device is fixed in the hopper and the materials are evenly sent to the mould box.
4. Force loading device: Fabric box sent to the box at the top of mold, the mixing fork work quickly to ensure uniform cutting and the same intensity of the products;
5. Increase the effective working table: The application of new vibration technologies makes this machine have a larger work surfaces, and greatly improve production efficiency, it is 20% higher than the similar models;
6. The unique vibration form: It use computer to control the flow and pressure of hydraulic system. When pressured, transform the excessive oil into vibration force. Computers control all directional vibration, frequency conversion, braking and cancellation of vibration energy consumption.
7. The reasonable distribution of vibration: Low frequency feeding, high frequency vibration and template suppressing vibration make the concrete fully liquefied and exhausted within two to three seconds.
8. Hydraulic vibrating motor, it prevents the heat problem of the engine. Vibrating frequency is changeable. With the original hydraulic parts imported, it is more reliable and steadier.
9. This machine could be used in many ways. As long as moulds are changed, it is available to make hollow brick, multi-hole brick, heat-proof brick, slope protection brick, grass-planting brick, products related to road and railway, concrete items related to city projects and products made of construction slags.etc. With colorful material mechanism,QT6-15 can produce color pavement brick. (Independent MD Stacker can be used with QT6-15 forming a simple automatic line.)
