Main Features and paremeters of QT12-15 hollow block machine for sale
1.Machine electrical control system with PLC system and PC interface enables random signal analysis,
failure diagnosis and parameters setting, ensuring optimum performance.
2.The Feeding system use a unique forced archbreaking device, suitable for different mould cavity products fabric,
evenly without dead ends. On one side ,it can avoid wet cloth imbalance which make the product of good denisty and high quality. On the other side, it can remove the hopper hit to reduce noise and extend the life of machine.
3.Unique and efficient vibration mode: adopt the latest technology and adjust the motor speed to meet and guarantee
the different vibration frequencies and amplitudes requested by host in the fabrics forming , to improves product quality
and shorten the cycle time.
4.Reasonable vibration distribution: lock the mode box in the rigidity of a strong vibration on the platen by releasing oil cylinder ,
achieving evenly amplitude distribution and smaller strength deviation.
5.Multifunction of the machine: it can produce all kinds of blocks sizes,such as concrete block, porous brick, hollow brick, solid brick,
