Production Process Description of cement brick making machine in Nigeria
Batching Plant:This is the starting point of the Production process. It consists of three loading bins and one weighing bin.
It also contains blet conveyers to convey materials from loading bins to weighing bin. Batching and weighing is done by
PLC control. We can load three different types of material into the loading bin.
Screw Conveyor (Optional fitment):
This is instrumental for transporting Fly Ash from the silos(optional fitting) or cement hopper (optional fitting) to the loading bins of the Batching Plant.
Conveyer Belt:
When the Batching plant’s weighing bin trips according to the PLC control, the material comes
to this conveyer belt. The material is then carried to the Mixture Machine.
Concrete Mixture Machine:
All the ingredients are mixed in this mixture machine. The mixing time and speed is controlled by PLC.
The inbuilt water pump adds water to the mix automatically, as per Requirement.
Pallets conveying system:
This is used to convey the pallet to the brick forming line. The conveying system is on rollers and
is PLC controlled. Operation is automatic and this is a part of brick forming line machine.
Mix conveying belt:
This is used to carry the mix from the mixture machine to the brick forming in-hopper.
Brick forming in-hopper:
This stores the mix and gives feed to the moulds. Operation is automatic and this is a part of brick forming line machine.
Moulds:
These are different types of inner and outer moulds set to give us different sizes and types of bricks/blocks.
The moulds can be disassembled and reassembled in the brick forming machine as per the requirements.
Composite Pallets
These are Banboo or Plastic composite Pallets which gives firm support to the bricks during and after the formation period.
Block Press:
This is the hydraulic press and vibration system which gives shape to the mix. Bricks/blocks are formed on the pallets.
Operation is automatic and this is a part of brick forming line machine. Please remember that the pressing is vibration
aided, and unleases a series of micro sequence of PLC controlled vibration and pressure. Thus the final output is a properly
compact, strong Brick, which can save on expensive cement content of the Mix.
PLC Control Unit:
This consists of the operator PLC control along with his seat. This is the centralized control for the whole plant.
Hydraulic Unit:
This contains hydraulic oil, and is instrumental for applying hydraulic force on Bricks during the forming stage.

Pallet stacker:
This lifts the pallets carrying the bricks/blocks, and stacks them on 5 to 6 layers Automatically.
