Function and characteristic
1.With a fixed beam gantry structure, solid rigidity , the machine is suitable for medium, large workpiece and die manufacturing finishing Hydraulic system, grinding head and control system made in Taiwan.
2.The horizontal beam is designed to be in an inclined construction, good in mechanics.
3.Longitudinal (X-axle) movement uses doubles rod cylinder drive, Configuration proportional valve remote stepless speed regulation. Hydraulic station made in Taiwan .
4. With high precision, grinding head rolling bearing, a complete set of components made in Taiwan.
5. Grinding head vertical, horizontal feed is controlled by servo motor, it has the function of automatic grinding and electronic hand wheel mirco-feed , convenient and practical.
6. With automatic lubrication device and automatic alarm short of oil, ensure smooth and reliable lubrication of the rail.
