Main purpose
This machine is mainly used for 2.5D and 3D smartphone glass cover polishing. This machine is provided with revolution and auto rotation for carrier,meanwhile polishing plate’s lifting motion is driven by servo motor and ball screws,productivity is improved,consumables’ lifetime is extended, and higher qualification rate can be achieved.
Technical characters:
1. This machine is kind of 5-station vacuum absorption polishing machine.Put work piece on carrier jig,work piece will be fixed on jig by vacuum absorption,brush plate is fixed on polishing plate,which reversely rotates with the carrier,polishing liquid flows onto carrier through spray pipe,make use of friction between brush,polishing liquid and glass to polish glass camber surface.
2. This machine’s carrier and polishing plate are precisely controlled by CNC program,continuous speed governing is realized according to technological requirements,in order to satisfy different polishing process requirements.Revolution and autorotation are controlled by variable frequency motor,revolution speed is 1-12r/min,autorotation speed is 4-45r/min.Polishing plate is driven by independent variable motor,rotation speed is 0-90r/min,meanwhile polishing plate’s lifting pressure is driven by servo-motor,ball screw and linear guideway,polishing plate’s up and down movement is precisely controlled by program,keep pressure stable to ensure polishing precision.
3.Anti-corrosion materials such as stainless steel or aluminum alloy are adopted for this machine’s flume,panel,basin which are in contact with polishing liquid.
4. Machine vacuum system is equipped with digital vacuum pressure gauge,real-time monitoring negative pressure,in order to prevent work piece from falling down if pressure is not enough.
5. Machine is equipped with vacuum air&liquid separating device for automatic draining.
6.This machine adopts HMI(15Inch touch screen)with PLC,operation is convenient and efficient with friendly interface and huge amount of information.
