Main purpose
YHM77110 high precision vertical double-side surface polishing/lapping for sapphire glass
This equipment is mainly used for grinding and polishing both sides of the parallel surface of hard brittle nonmetal parts and thin metal, such as sapphire glass, valve plate, friction plate, oil pump blades etc.
Technical characters
A) It uses Gantry structure, with good stability and strong rigidity.
B) Maximum pressure is 1500 kg, with double oil cylinder, precisely control of pressure by electro-hydraulic proportional valve.
C) Upper tray adopts 304 stainless steel, strong corrosion resistance.
D) Both the upper and lower plates are equipped with cooling-heating structure, The surface temperature is controllable.
E) The speed of the sun gear, inner gear ring, the upper and lower plates can be adjusted independently, and the overall speed can match each other.
F) The machine is compact in size, space saving.
