Polishing/lapping double surfaces of metal parts such as valve plate, rigid seal ring and thin and hard brittle non-metal
Technical characters:
1.The movement principle of planet gears.
2.Two-step variable speed gear of sun gear through the shifting yoke driven by the cylinder.
3.Frequency converter regulating, the machine starts and stops smoothly.
4.Timing control, when working time reaches to preset polishing time, the machine stop. Additionally, the machine can record the work efficiency of each shift with its tally function.
5.Variable pressure mechanism.
6.Self-lock cylinder.
7.PLC controlling, which it is flexible and reliable.
8.Text Display, it is convenient to show alert information and state. Besides, the interface is friendly and the information is huge.
9.24VDC of control components, the safety of the machine is greatly raised.
Our company has modern production workshop, Complex efficient grinding Laboratory , Computer Design Studio , has a variety of testing instruments and equipment over 30 sets of experimental facilities , a variety of processing equipment over 60 sets .
