High Precision Surface Polishing Machine Curved Glass Polishing and 2.5D Glass Polishing

Technical characters:

1. It’s with four working stations and vacuum absorption for the upper plate.
2. Set the work piece in the fixture with the vacuum absorption . Fix the wool blanket to the surface of lower plate. And it can polish the glass’s arc surface through the frictional force between the wool blanket, the polishing liquid and the glass.
3. The upper and lower plate are both controlled by CNC program and to achieve infinitely variable speed according to process requirements, in order to meet the different requirements of the polishing process.
4. Control the polishing pressure precisely by using the electrical proportional valve to ensure the accuracy of polishing.
5. The upper polishing plate is drived by the speed motor, a cylinder control their movements and pressure.
6. The machine adopts the man-machine interface HMI and PLC programmable control, which it is flexible and reliable.
7. Touch screen, it is convenient to show alert information and state. Besides, the interface is friendly and the information is huge.
8. 24VDC of control components, PLC is supplied by isolation transformer, external electric wave interference is lowered, and the safety of the machine is greatly raised.
