It’s used for polishing multi-surface non-metal and brittle material, such as the perimeter sides of OGS glass, sapphire, etc.
1. Polishing the perimeter sides of a stack of thin workpiece at the same time
2. Polish the workpieces with interpolation motion by 2 polishing head at the same time,driven by servo motor and lead screw, stable amount of polishing compression, high polishing efficiency
3. Vertical motion of polishing heads, driven by lead screw lift and linear guideway to make polishing smooth, no trace.
4. Spray system of polishing liquid, supplied by sand pump, spray to workpiece uniformly from polishing heads inside
5. Polishing pad or bristle of polishing heads, to make sure ideal polishing effect
6. The machine at work through the editing processing procedure on HMI, and then downloaded to the PLC, PLC will be run by the current downloaded program
7. PLC controlling, which it is flexible and reliable
8. Touch screen, it is convenient to show alert information and real situation. Besides, the interface is friendly and the information is huge.
9. 24VDC of control components, PLC is supplied by isolation transformer, external electric wave interference is lowered, and the safety of the machine is greatly raised.
