Product Description
Main purpose: It is mainly used for polishing the flat surface and 2.5D arc surface of metal materials like aluminum alloy, stainless steel, other nonmetal material like glass. With the advantages of high efficiency, good working stability, comfortable operation and so on.
Technical characters:
1.    The machining method is workpiece attached on the rotated workpiece plate by vacuum adsorption, through the upper brush tray’s rotation to realize the workpiece’s polishing.
2.    It adopts PLC and touch screen control mode, with manual and automatic optional modes, and humanization operation;
3. It uses variable frequency speed control and the whole gear drive, so that the whole machine starts working smoothly, and runs stable;
4. Liquid tank and machine body panel is made of stainless steel, to avoid scratching and damaging the glass;
5. The workpiece is fixed by the vacuum adsorption.  YH2M8196 adopts lower plate adsorption with 5 working stations and YH2M8192C3 uses upper plate adsorption with 4 working stations. The working stations and polishing plates rotation could be adjusted separately;
6. Precise control polishing pressure through the electric proportional valve, make pressure  on the workpieces at the same time to ensure the polishing efficiency and accuracy;
7. Speed reducer connected directly, improve the transmission efficiency, and achieve high rigidity for spindle system force;
8. This machine use HMI (human machine interface) and the combination of PLC programming control, easy to operate. It can edit different processing procedures according to different workpieces and process parameters. Use the touch screen as man-machine interface to display alarm and machine real-time status with friendly interface and large amount of information..
