This is a multi-purposes pre-treating processing machine for the cleaning of welding
structure, H/I beam, profiled steel, net structure and steel plate. Blasting
wheels locate at multi angle, which is the high efficiency blasting wheels, shot
blasting with high-speed thick blasting pills and blowing on every parts of steel
plate to have a tridimensional and omnibearing cleaning on plate, to clean
away the rusting layer, welding slag, oxidation layer and other dirty things from
steel plates quickly, to make steel plate achieve a bright and clean surface and
to improve the adhesion force of painting to steel plate surface and improve
the anti-fatigue force and anti-rust capacity of steel plate, improve the inherent
quality of steel plate and prolong the lifetime of steel plate.
