VFS1100B Automatic Vertical Packing Machine
Description
VFS1100B Automatic Vertical Packing Machine integrates the functions of bag making, filling, sealing, printing, punching and counting. It is suitable for packing many different kinds of materials, which including powder, granular materials, chips materials, strip materials, paste materials and solid/liquid mixture.
Advantages:
1)This machine integrates the functions of bag-making, filling, sealing, printing, punching and counting.
2)It adopts servo motor for film pulling with automatic offset correction. Two types of driving motor, i.e. cylinder and servo can be adopted for transverse sealing(offer convenient selection by the customer under different operating condition); and two types of vertical sealing mechanism, i.e. center sealing type and platen press type(the user can choose according to specific material and film roll).
3) The machine has good sealing performance and can meet customer's hygienic requirements.
4) All the electrical components adopt local and foreign well-known brands with reliable performance;easy to operate, both the operator and debugging units can set parameters through the touch screen.
Main Features and Characteristics:
A wide range of pouches: Pillow and Gusset pouches.
High speed: More than 16-60 bags/min;
Easy to operate: PLC controller and color touch-screen, fault indication on the touch screen.
Easy to adjust: only about 10 minutes to change different pouches.
Frequency control: speed can be adjusted by frequency conversion within the range.
High Automation: unmanned in weighing and packing process, machine alarm automatically when failure.
Safety and Hygiene:
No film, machine will alarm.
Machine alarm and stop when the inadequate air pressure.
Safety guards with safety-switches, machine alarm and stop when the safety guards are opened.
Hygienic construction, the product contact parts are adopted sus304 stainless steel.
