Description
VFS5000A5 fully Automatic Vertical Packing Machine integrates the functions of bag making, filling, sealing, printing, punching and counting. It is suitable for packing many different kinds of materials, which including powder, granular materials, chips materials, strip materials, paste materials and solid/liquid mixture.
Applications:
Powders, mild powder, protein powder, rice flour, coffee powder, seasoning, toner, etc. Granular, forage, coffee beans, etc.
Main Features and Characteristics:
1)This machine integrates the functions of bag-making, filling, sealing, printing, punching and counting, has automatic film position control function, both the horizontal sealing and film pull mechanisms adopt servo motor for transmission so as to guarantee high efficiency of the machine.
2)The side seal former is an independent mechanism, and has an independent film position control system in the forming and side sealing progress, which guarantees the stability of its side sealing abd forming mechanism.
3) Control components all adopt well-known international brands with reliable performance, the operator can adjust operation parameter on the touch screen.
4) Can make multiple types of bag such as four-side-sealed box bag, gusseted bag, pillow bag, etc.
5) Can be equipped with automatic welding valve device and can make the type of bag that needs to be added with vent valve according to material requirements.
Safety and Hygiene:
No film, machine will alarm.
Machine alarm and stop when the inadequate air pressure.
Safety guards with safety-switches, machine alarm and stop when the safety guards are opened.
Hygienic construction, the product contact parts are adopted sus304 stainless steel.
