Introduction:

This unit is mainly for 5 gallon bottle, main material is stainless steel with easy
operation and automatic control system, the inside and outside brush machine
can also save the customer's using space, which is an ideal assistant equipment
of the 5gallon filling production line.

Work Principle:

The barrels are send by conveyor into the brush washing machine, the
photoelectric detection will test the two barrels, and the gas cylinder will push
the barrels into the machine, it will be washed by both inside and outside
brusher. The gas cylinder will also spray water and rotating, the washing time
can be adjusted.
