QTJ5-20 is the full automatic PLC controlled concrete block machine. It is all mechanical transmission, with concrete mixer assembled, drops 5 blocks of standard brick 390x190x190mm. It has the features of compact structure, reliable operation, easy to use, little maintenance and low failure rate. It uses the synchronous vibration and weight of top mould for the compression of the brick. The finished bricks are with excellent shape, dense structure, high strength and lower cement consumption.
This concrete block machine can have different moulds placed inside to produce different blocks. We have a list of standard moulds to choose from. We can also manufacture custom block or brick moulds for your needs.
