QTJ5-20 cement brick block making machine
QTJ5-20 is the full automatic cement brick block making machine. It is all mechanical transmission, with concrete mixer assembled, drops 5 blocks of standard brick 390x190x190mm. It has the features of compact structure, reliable operation, easy to use, little maintenance and low failure rate. It uses the synchronous vibration and weight of top mould for the compression of the brick. The finished bricks are with excellent shape, dense structure, high strength and lower cement consumption.
This cement brick block making machine can have different moulds placed inside to produce different blocks. We have a list of standard moulds to choose from. We can also manufacture custom block or brick moulds for your needs.

This block making machine can produce all kinds of concrete bricks both load-bearing and unload-bearing bricks. Such as hollow brick, solid brick, porous brick, paver brick, interlock brick, road traffic stone, curbs and so on.
1.Sand: 30~40%; 2.Fly Ash or Additive: 0 ~10%;
3.Cement: 10~20%; 4.Crushed Stone (<5cm): 30~40%;
5.Construction Refuse or Mineral Slag.
