Characteristics
1. 2. Utiliz advance pressure and vibration technology to form the block, the strenth and density of brick are higher.
3. The hydraulic systerm parts brought from Japan and Taiwan to make sure quality, working life is longer.
4. Swift speed arch breaking device can consumedly shorten the concrete material distributing time.
5. The control system has data setting device, the distributing and vibration time is resettable to meet variuos material.
6. Adopt four guide pillar and super long-life weareable materials to ensure the high precision press of forming mould and press head.
7. Multi-purposre and strong adaptability, by changing different mould, the machine can produce various wall brick porous brick, color paver brick, grass brick and shielding-slope brick, etc.
8. Super strong welded profile steel frames structure provide long term stable and reliable oeration.
