1KV Copper or Aluminum Conductor Abc Cable (Aerial Bundled Cable) Aluminum Power Cable
1) Standard
This product can be manufactured according to standards of GB1179-83,GB/T1179-1999,Q/SX107-2001 and American standard ASTM-B231. The kind of rare earth products have super electrical conductivity, corrosion prevention and acid resistance and suitable to humid coastal areas.
2) Application requirements:
1. The highest working temperature of ACSR should not exceed 80oC.
2. The laying temperature should not lower than -20oC.
3. The permissible bending radius of conductor is 12 times that of outside diameter of cable.
3) Application:
The cable is used for transmitting electric power overhead, extensively in rebuilding of urban and forest region electric network, which can improve safety and reliance.
4) Specification:
Concentric aluminum stranded wires as phase conductor; AAAC(all aluminum alloy conductors) or ACSR(aluminum conductor steel reinforced) as nerural core; Phase conductor is insulated by XLPE or HDPE or PVC.
Rated voltage: 0.6/1kV
Relative manufacturing standards: IEC61089, ASTM B231, ASTM B232, BS215, DIN48201, DIN48204.
We can also manufacture ABC cable according to customer's special requirements.
The basic construction is as follows:
3 cores consisting of standard aluminium conductors, insulated with XLPE insulation
+ One sheath lighting aluminium conductor with XLPE insulation(optional)
+ One messenger Al-alloy conductor (bare or covered)
The messenger conductor can be galvanised steel wire
1).Wrapped in rolls/coils/rings with Plastic film for small diameter cables such as building wires.
2).Treated wooden/steel-wooden drums for big diameter cables.
3).Cables are normally supplied in lengths of 100 meters,500 meters and 1000 meters according to cable size.Other length could be supplied if required.
