A new type of aerial cable for power transmitting. It is extensively used inoverhead power
transmission line.

Type:
Duplex Service Drop, Triplex Service Drop, Quadruplex Service Drop from 1kv abc cable to 33kv abc cable
Duplex Service Drop:
Application: to supply 120 volt aerial service for temporary service at construction sites, outdoor or street lighting. For service at 600 volt or lower and the Max. conductor temperature is 75oC.
Triplex Service Drop:
Application: To supply power from the utility's lines to the consumers' service head. For service at 600 volts or less(phase to phase ) that the conductor temperature is Max. 70oC for PE insulation and Max. 90 oC for XLPE insulation.
Quadruplex Service Drop:
Application: To supply 3 phase power, usually from a pole-mounted transformer to the user's service head where the connection to the service entrance
cable should be made . To be used at voltages of 600 volts or less phase to phase that the temperature of conductor should not exceed 75oC for PE insulation material and 90oC for XLPE insulation.
Structure:
Conductors are concentrically stranded, compressed 1350 -H19 aluminum,insulated with either PE or XLPE. Neutral messengers is concentrically stranded 6201, AAC, or ACSR. Each conductor is manufactured with an extruded ridge for phase identification.

4. B-399 Concentric-Lay_Stranded 6201-T81 Aluminum Alloy Conductors.
1).Wrapped in rolls/coils/rings with Plastic film for small diameter cables such as building wires.
2).Treated wooden/steel-wooden drums for big diameter cables.
3).Cables are normally supplied in lengths of 100 meters,500 meters and 1000 meters according to cable size.Other length could be supplied if required.
Packaging: In coils, wooden drums, steel drums or steel-wooden drums.
