SJZS65/132 PVC WPC production line, is the newest profile high speed extrusion equipment which adopts nowadays abroad advanced technique.
It is composed of SJZS-65X132 conical twin screw plastic extruder and related profile die head, vacuum forming cooling mold, vacuum forming cooling platform, leveler, pedrail haul-offs, cutting machine, length-counting device, overturning platform, etc.
Extruder adopts frequency conversion, screw is special designed conical structure. Extruding amount can raise 50%, energy saving 20-30%. Hard gear surface reducer can run long time without fault. Vacuum forming cooling flat form is adjusted by electricity, which can provide powerful vacuum and sufficient cooling, convenient in operation and changing molds. Hauling and cutting is incorporate, stable running, long life use.
The whole production line is designed incorporate, the main machine runs synchronized with auxiliary machines, it has features as high efficiency, high performance, high stabilization, etc. The auxiliary machines can ensure the quality of products, is the dedicated equipment to produce WPC products.
