Introduction
PVC Window Profile Production Line is designed for extrusion of PVC plastic door’s and window’s profile and cross-section cable pipe, aluminum-plastic composite profiles etc. PVC profiles are widely used in the building industry, home and office decoration.
1.Uniting with customers' specific requirements,our company develop this production line.
2.he main Extruder is Conical Twin-screw type ,through nitriding treatment,which ensure the
long-lived life, effective plasticization and high output of the Extruder.
3.Die and Mould use special mould alloy steel through heat-treatment, ensuring
the good shape and high quality of the profiles.
4.All parts of the line is controlled by PLC simultaneously, showed as LCD,which light touching
the key operate, whole Chinese-English interface ,with the advantages of easy operation and
stable performance.
