WORKING PRINCIPLE:

The screen aperture GLS probability vibrating screen adopts is bigger than the normal one, make screening and grading on materials. It is consist of the frame, two vibrating motors and screening surface which have such features: multilayer overlapping, increasing gradient from top to bottom, decreasing mesh size from top to bottom. The entire equipment is installed on a group of flexible originals, and the screening surface gets high-frequency vibration through the force of the vibrating motor. The aperture size is usually bigger than material particle size, and the materials can be disintegrated quickly after entering into the screen, so there is no blockage phenomenon which may be caused by critical particles.
