III.Main Structure of Equipment
1.Cylinder section:One φ1800mm×2800mm cylinder, Stainless-steel slices. One φ500mm×2900mm couch roller, rubber hardness Shaw:38±2°. Air operated pressure equipment, one cylinder former with pressure type. One reciprocating high-pressure water spray equipment.
2.Dry section:One φ3000mm×2800mm dryers,one φ700mm×2900mm carrier roller, rubber hardness:95±2°.Pneumatic pressure device,attached with compounded pneumatic blade ( a group of cylinder-cleaning and wrinkling blade). Pneumatic corrector, electric tensioner and automatic control equipment.
3.Reeling section: one φ1000mm×2800mm reeling machine, one φ240mm×2900mm compression roller, rubber hardness Shaw:95±2°. Two sets of adjustable reel frames and two sets of reel levers.
4.Driving and controlling section: Use AC frequency conversion, driving by step, all-digital closed loop controlling system.
