Description:
Coconut shell charcoal making machine is also called carbonization kiln retort. It is cylindrical in shape. Our charcoal carbonization furnace are available from unit to combined units according to capacity. It mainly consists of one furnace body, three inner containers and three lids. One purification system and one electric chain hoist are together used as a complete set. The carbonization time is about 8 hours and 2 tons of feedstock can produce 1 ton of charcoal.

Working Principle | |

Coconut shell charcoal making machine is efficient and low-consumption. It can greatly improve carbonizing rate from 80% to 99%. The coconut shell wood charcoal making machine has an internal combustor (inner container) which hangs from the lid and provides heat to convert the feedstock to charcoal. When the first inner container finishes the carbonization process, it can be hoisted out of the charcoal making machine and cooled on the ground while the second inner container is hoisted into the kiln. In this way, three inner containers work continuously. It takes about 8 hours for a batch to be carbonized depending on the moisture content, type and size of the feedstock. |

Coconut shell wood charcoal making machineadopts off-gas recycling and re-burning technology to decompose the feedstock into combustible gases, wood tar and charcoal. Coconut shell wood charcoal making machine runs on a two stage cycle. First the feedstock is dried, and then it is charred. During the drying stage firewood is burned in the firebox to provide heat. Once combustible gases are released, they can burn in the inner container to maintain suitable charring temperatures. These gases contribute to making a high temperature and the feedstock is distilled into charcoal. |

The gases will clog the pipes if not properly handled or if the pipes are not well insulated. So purification is necessary. The by-product is recovered from the pyrolysis oil, pyroligneous acid and tar. |

The coconut shell wood charcoal making machine does not need electricity to run. It uses a blower (provided with the machine) to supply air to the internal combustor. Fuel: 20-50kg firewood or 15-30kg natural gas. |
