It is an integrated monobloc system including bottle sterilizer,washer,filler & capper, controlled by a PLC from SIMENS or OMRONProcesses:
(Bottle Molding Machine=>)Air Conveyer =>3-in-1 Monobloc Machine CGX1616166 =>Electric Conveyer (=> Bottle Dryer=>Date & Code Printer=>Labeller =>Packager).
This series equipment is used in the production of non-carbonated drink ,such as mineral water purified water,etc. Washing, filling capping are integrated into one machine.

a. This bottling machine is mainly used for sterilizing, washing, filling and capping PET bottled non- carbonated drinks such as mineral water, pure water, stilled water, distilled water, etc.
b. Bottle sterilizing , washing, filling and capping are finished in one machine.
c. The contact time is shorten between material and the outside, avoid the second time pollution
d. RFC series bottling machine adopts hanging type conveying-bottle structure to make changing bottle mold more convenient, faster .
e. The main machine adopts advanced PLC control technology. The main electric elements adopt Mitsubishi, Omron, Siemens, etc international famous products.
