Applications:
PDDB, PSDB series weighing packer composed by loss in weight scale(s), and packer part by screw conveyor,
censor, bag holder, posser, hemming machine, bag conveyor, and electronic and pneumatic control units.
PDDB, PSDB are widely used in powdery material automatic weighing, charge-loading, bagging ,automatic
weight & volume accumulation and human-assisted sealing and conveying, which is characterized by
reasonable construction, excellent sealing performance, less dust splashing, Strong anti-interference ability of
control system, high precision, functional and reliable performance.
Working principle:
The packing machine use loss in weight scales, it is screw conveyor installed beneath the weighing hopper,
3 weighing censors installed on hopper and screw conveyor to made of loss in weight weighing system.
The feeding screw feeds into the weigh hopper automatically then stops as it approaches the upper limit.
The weighing control instrument then sends a signal to deliver the material to the bag(s) that are positioned
underneath held onto the packing machine by compressed bag clamps. The material will stop conveying when
it approaches the preset target of the reducing value. The screw feeder feeds the material after the bag clamps
are closed. With this system, there is little material dust while as a guide 25kg of material is conveyed in
6 seconds. The bagging spout is made of stainless steel thus material does not stick or remaining during the
process that ensures greater accuracy.
Features:
1. Special weighing censor adopted, therefore enable use high speed screw conveyor to feed materials.
2. Frequency inverter enable 3 speed of screw conveyor feeding speed.
3. Specially design for machinery part and installation, enable every weighing and supplementary action finish
the meter can back to zero.
4. Use pneumatic posser, reduce dusty occurs.
5. Pack holder hopper use stainless steel made, avoid materials remaining.
6. Feeding outlet and pack holder hopper adopted circle outlet, and connect with soft long life coupling materials
to give outstanding sealing, and use stainless hoop to enable quick replacement.
7. Air aspiration channel, to collect away most leaking dusty.
8. Bag conveyor has guiding device, ensure bags would not suffer broken.

Wheat receiving and storage(steel silos or brick-concrete silos ) -------- Cleaning section (first time cleaning

section (roller mills, plansifter, purifier, impact detacher, etc.) -------- Flour blending section (if customer need

The complete set flour mill production line includes following sections:
1. The raw wheat receiving section and wheat pre-cleaning machines
This sections for receiving wheat into raw wheat silos, and apply Drum pre-cleaning sieve or Vibrating screen to
make pre-cleaning, for removing big and small impurities from wheat before conveyed into wheat silos
2. The first time wheat cleaning and dampening section and machines:
(Notice: there are dry cleaning and wet cleaning ways (the problems of wet cleaning way are the water resource
and water pollution, so most customers choose dry cleaning ) for cleaning wheat, and there are some difference
about the machines between the two different cleaning ways, how to choose a suitable way for cleaning wheat
in your wheat flour milling plant, had to according to the quality of the wheat (the type of impurities, the quantity
of impurities ))
The first time cleaning section for removing big and small impurities from wheat, applying vibrating screen, de-stoner, magnetic separator, wheat scourer, wheat washer(wet cleaning), screw dampener(dry cleaning) to remove wheat straw, stones, soil blocks, metallic impurities etc and control the moisture of wheat.
To keep quality of wheat and save machines. Then the wheat will be conveyed into conditioning silos.
3. The second time wheat cleaning sections and cleaning machines:
After conditioning silos, starting the second time wheat cleaning sections, the main purpose is for strengthening
the cleaning efficiency, keeping the quality of wheat flour and the safe of milling machines. Including vibrating
screen, de-stoner, wheat scourer, air suction separator etc.
4. The flour milling sections and flour milling machines:
After second time cleaning section, the wheat is clean and with suitable moisture, so now it is time to mill. In this
section, the main purpose is milling wheat into semolina or flour, and grading flour according to different mesh
requested, to get Flour 1, Flour 2 and other special purpose flour. Applying roller mills, plansifter, bran finisher,
purifier, impact detacher etc.
5. The flour blending section and machines:
The purpose of flour blending section is mixing some kinds of flour produced from different kinds of raw materials
(raw wheat) according to a certain proportion, and adding suitable amount of additives according to the requirements
of flour processing, then mixing all kinds of powder materials evenly, to meet the demand of the wheat flour production,
the nutrition is more suitable for people, but also can make the production process and product quality stable. The
flour blending section is indispensable in the production of special purpose flour. Main machines: paddle mixer,
tubular screw conveyor, vibrating discharger, flour blending silos, flour blending scale etc.
6. The weighing and packing section:
This section for weighing and packing the final production, wheat flour and wheat bran by weighing machine and
packing machine.
7. PLC control system and power distribution cabinets:
fully automatic controlling system with a lot of balancer, sensor, etc. Automatically display raw wheat,clean
wheat, flour, bran instant flowing quantity, flowing percentage, and a percentage for a fixed time.
With working history checking system, fault alarm system and data printer.
