Corn Wheat Maize Grain Hammer Mill
1. Our SFSP series Hammer Mill used for grinding raw materials by feed or biomass pelleting production line, also used for grass and pharmacy fine grinding. The granular raw materials, such as corn, sorghum, wheat, beans, etc can be grinding.
2. It is derived from tear circle type hammer mill and efficiency can be improved by 45%-90% comparing to universal hammer mill.
3. It can produce qualified aqua feed under full load withΦ 0.6 Φ 0.8, Φ 1 ,Φ 1.2,Φ 1.5 screen and reduce jam significantly. Both coarse and fine grinding can be realized without changing screens.
4. The right aspiration can make materials go through screen quickly, reduce temperature of grinding chamber and increase output effectively.
Advantages:
1) Frequency Conversion Impeller Feeder: To make the corn grinder work full efficiently, the frequency is changing in real time based on the raw material amount in the crushing chamber, and the feeding speed is self-adapting.
2) Crushing Chamber: there area number of hammer and shaft inside. the high speed rotating hammer make the raw material corn grain into powder. and there are screen at the bottom of the chamber.
3) Main Motor: we equip the super quality and brand Siemens Motor for our hammer mill machine.
4) Base structure: support the other unit.
5) Bearing: we adopt the famous brand bearing in our machine.
