Wheat Feeding and Cleaning

Usually we suggest to make an intake pit at 1 cube for wheat seeds feeding easily with a cone at bottom connecting to the lifting pipe, where the wheat seeds lifted up to the top by a low press fan and discharged to the first cleaning sieve plate automatically. Then the seeds will move to the second and third cleaning plate step by step. Impurities like stone, metal stuff and bad seeds will be discharged from different exit under functions of sieving and scouring, dust generated will be collected by a cyclone with bag fixed.

Wheat Dampening

Clean wheat seeds will be delivered to the Washing Machine for second cleaning and dampening, finally discharged from the washing machine top to milling system.

Flour Milling

The clean and dampened wheat seeds will be transferred to flour milling part for grinding and crushing through pipes by power of a fan. There are usually several manual roller mills work together according to the varieties of capacity required. By the functions of repeat milling and sieving, throughs will be collected and discharged at flour packing exit, and bran will be discharged from another exit. There is a Flour Brusher to guarantee more flour extracted and collected. 2-3 skilled operators are required for running this mill during the whole process. The rollers distance in each machine needed to be adjusted manually time to time according to the situation of milling. All material movement in this system is powered by the high press fan, and mechanism works together by chain belt and wheel driving. To upgrade the flour quality, stainless steel hopper and pipes suggested.

Flour and Bran Packing

Usually, the flour extraction rate is around 70-75% in this kind of flour mill. We have two options for flour packing

Firstly, we strongly suggest you with a Semi-Automatic Flour Packing Machine to pack the bag efficiently with packing range from 1-10 or 10-25kg per bag at speed of more than 300 bags per hour, including dosing, weighing, sealing and conveying functions.

Secondly, we suggest you with a simple electric scale with weighing range 1-100kg and manual sealing machine at a low budget.

Bran will be collected and discharged in an independent exit and we suggest you with a simple electric scale with weighing range 1-100kg and manual sealing machine. Usually the bran will be packed in big bags like 40 or 50kg for sell as animal feed.
