AN808P Digital programmable ramp soak temperature controller
1. What input signal does the Digital programmable temperature controller ?
AN808P temperature controller support universal Tc, Rtd, linear signals ect.
2. Can the temperature controller work for ramp / soak steps control ?
Yes, the digital temperature controller can be set 50 programs segments at most. It can realize the ramps control. For example, it can used to control the temperature as below: Rise the temperature to 200℃ in 2 minutes , then rise the temperature to 500℃ in 30minutes , then keep the temperature at 500℃ for 60minutes , then lower the temperature to 80℃, then rise the temperature to 400℃ in 5 minutes ect. It can continue the cycle.
3. Does the temperature controller support Pid cooling function ?
Yes. AN808P temperature instruments can work as Pid heating , pid cooling , pid heating and cooling , on-off control ect.
4. What output signal does the temperature indicator have ?
It has relay , ssr , 4-20mA , 0-10V DC , SCR ect. Please inform us the output signal when placing order.
5. What is the power supply of ramp soak temperature controller ?
Our standard product is 100-240VAC/DC power supply , 24V AC/DC can be ordered.
6. Does the temperature indicator have RS485 commnication or 4-20mA transmition output ?
Yes , RS485 communication is available , also 4-20mA transmition output can be ordered.
