Specifications
High Vacuum Oil Purifier is used to purify the insulation oil of the transformers, with sensors and electricity condenser.
This purifier use new vacuum drying theory,separation engineering and precision filtering technology to eliminate the water,air and impurities from all kinds of mineral oils high-effectively and reliably under vacuum state.It can purify the losing-efficient insulation oil and make the oil reach the new oil standard without power cut,not changing the oil,not using filtering papers.They are widely used to purify the insulation oil of the transformers,sensors,oil switches and electricity condensers in the power generation plants,power stations,mines,mechanical and chemical industry.
Main Features:
1. Use patented technology to produce.such as high-efficitive separating tower, fuzzy control technology, dewatering and degassing very effectively.
2. It can purify the losing-efficient insulation oil and make the oil reach the new oil standard without power cut, changing the oil or using filtering papers.
3. Have the function of filling oil under vacuum condition.

Advantages:
Compared with the traditional oil-filtering machines, It is added the vacuum oil filling fuction,and the ultrasonic cleaningfunction can be selected. It can also purify the turbine oil,hydraulic oil and mechanical oil.The costs,volume,weight,noise and maintenance fees are much lower than those of traditional products,but the efficiency and reliability are much higher.
This machine can be used separately,and also can be used with BZ-4 transformer operating regeneration device.It is added the functions of deaciding,de-coloring,and reducing the dielectric loss.
