Roller press
Summarize
Roller press is the reliable solid material crushing machine which is research and development
by our company,It's suitable for the solid material (compression strength is less than 300Mpa,
water content is less than 30%) to proceed medium and fine crushing,widely used for cement,mine,metallurgy,ceramics industry and so on.
Roller press has two solid crushing rollers, the roll surface is divided into overlay welding roller
or stud roller,it is fit for proceed medium and fine crushing(feed size is less than 40mm
discharge size is between 4mm-15mm).such as before the mill :cement industry pre-crushing
cement clinker, limestone and composite materials; iron ore indusrty pre-crushing slag ,
iron ore , silica minerals ; brick factory pre-crushintg kinds of ore to produce unburned brick;
or in the similar occasions.
Principle of work
The roller press is depend on the counter rotation of two solid roller to proceed the crushing. The material through the distributing device of the roller machine,then entered into the relatively rotating space(V-crushing cavity) , use the principle of high pressure grinding material layer , After the materilas with the high pressure extrusion( typically pressure is 150 Mpa), the internal crystal structure of materials is completely destroyed and created a large number of micro-cracks, mechanism of materials was changed, finally achievement is to get the dense materials cake and power, at last the materials fall from the gap between the two rolls and sent by the transport equipment.
