Introduction
Application:The mobile crushing plant is self developed high efficient machine. It is suitable for coarse, medium and fine crushing materials with compression strength less than 300Mpa. It is used to crushing construction luggage, mining in open coal mine, all kinds of ore mining, man-made sand making and other industries similar to the above.
Main Components:The mobile crushing plant is composed of vibrating feeder, crusher,vibrating screen, belt conveyor, electric control system, trailer chassis,generator set(optional).
Classification:There are mobile jaw crusher plant, mobile teethed crusher plant and mobile impact crusher plant. Features:The idea for designing mobile crushing plant is to work in confined working field, to reduce complicated fundamental equipment and save extra logistic performance. It could deal with all kinds of terrain of working field and get into work on arrival. It would be true fast,efficient and low cost for customer.
According to different technical requirements, there is several equipment configuration combination to form crushing first then screening or screening first then crushing.
Working Principle
Big materials are sent to crusher by vibrating feeder evenly through material stock, and then the crushed materials are transferred to vibrating screen by conveyor for classification. After screening, qualified materials are taken by belt conveyor to final material pile while the unqualified materials are sent back to crushers for further crushing until reach the requested product.
Features and Advantages
1, It could transfer to different working field fast and efficiently, thereby having high productivity, low running cost and higher profit.
2, Adopting advanced electronic control system, it is to make sure of safety, working reliability. It is no need for labor force except for start or turn off and daily maintenance.
3, Crawler chassis is using rigid ship-like structure which is high strength, low ground pressure, good traffic ability and adaptability for rough terrain and wet land.
4, High torque walking motor has high drive force and high reliability. The drive system use completely imported full power, variously volume open hydraulic system which work perfectly and make good use of engine power. 5, The screening equipment are using the most mature products of ours. It is high reliability, the screen equipment has 20 degree tilts, working efficiently and reliable.
6, Optional generator set could be used in wild places without power supply. It works with low consumption, low noise and high working reliability.
