Double toothed roller crusher is suitable for the solid material to proceed medium and rough crushing(the compression strength is less than240Mpa,water content is less than 35%),such as coke,petroleum coke,quicklime,ore,carbon,glass tube,asphalt,chemical materials ,or the solid materials get the same hardness as above state,,Features: low use and maintenance costs,high reliability,small power consumption,low noise and so on.
Double toothed roller crusher has two toothed roller,there're many kinds of roller such as Wolf gear,ring gear,straight gear,large gear and so on, it is suitable for the feed size is less than1200mm and size of discharge is 10-300mm.This crusher is fit for less power,more granules coarse crushing and medium crushing requirement.
Double toothed roller crusher is suitable for thermal power plants and coking factory crushing coal; the coal mine crushing raw coal;steel industry crushing coke;coal chemical industry crushing petroleum coke,electronics industry crushing silica;carbon industry crushing carbon block;solar industry crushing waste glass;concrete industry crushing lime and asphalt;or in the similar industry and so on.
Principle work
Double toothed roller crusher has two wear-resistant tooth rollers.The two rollers turn relative together to make high pressure to crush the material.The material is entered into the space between the two rollers,suffered both extrusion and shear force.In the crusher rolling,cutting and grinding,it is crushed into the required size and then sent out by the transport equipment.
