1000L blow moulding machine
1. Appliction: For PE or HDPE 3 layers water tank from 200L-1000L.
also can be used to produce pallet, waste bin, road barrier, septictank,and so on.
2. Mainpower: 380V electric power and 2 workers are enough for the whole production line, even both are female, and two weeks training are free of charge.
3. Output: 12 pcs for 1000L 1-3 layer tank per hour, with weight 18kg, also the weight and thickness can be adjusted by 100% Moog wall thickness control system from 1mm to10mm.
ADVANTAGES
1.The temperature controlled by Seimens PLC,the extruder stops automatically if the temperature is down because of heater or thermocouples damaged.
2.There is die head pressure testing in the diehead.The PLC shots down the extruders if the pressure inside the die head is too high.
3.The extruders have covers for keeping the temperature, so can make the heating time short
4.The temperature are controlled by Siemens brand.
5.The extrusion motor is Siemens brand.
6.The inverter is Seimens brand

Trainning
Buyer could dispatch their operators to the seller's factory for training, including machine operation, maintenance & simple repairs;
Or against the requests of the buyer, the seller's technician could train the buyer's operators in the buyer's factory in the periods of installing & adjusting;
The training is free of charge;
Installation & adjustment:
The seller could dispatch an engineer against the requests of the buyer to install and adjust the machines for one week in the buyer's factory.
The buyer should make a reservation in advance before delivery of the machines;
The buyer should pay for the engineer's visa application cost, round air tickets, food & board before his departure;
Guarantee:
The guarantee time is one year after the machines normally works in the buyer's factory, if only the problem is cause due to quality control or any reason by the seller. We will supply replaced parts free of charge and our engineers will guide you how to solve the problems.
