This Blow Molding Machine can produce plastic blow molding products such as pallets, fuel tank of vehicle, chemical container etc. The maximum container volume is 10000L.
Machine Features:
-The screw adopts IKV design, with high potency melt to make sure the material well mixed.
-Adopt frequency control of motor system to reduce the power consumption.
-Adopt Parison thickness controller Moog 100 points, to make thickness even and adjust the tank weight in big span.
-Fully automatic, easy to operate, two women can operate machine, whole production line need 3 or 4 person only.
-High output versus Roto molding machine
-Save raw material 25% - 35% versus Roto tanks.
-Perfect impact resistance versus Roto tanks.
-Multi layers co-extrusion.
-The mechanical arm can take out the product automatically.
Details
1. Appliction: For container and tank from 200 to 5000 liter, 1-4 layer
, also can be used to produce pallet, waste bin, road barrier, septictank,and so on.
2. Manpower: 2 new workers are enough for the whole production line, even both are female, and two weeks training are free of charge.
3. Material: HDPE, HMWHDPE.
4. Certificate: CE, ISO9001:2008.
5. Main Markets: Asia, South Amereica, European.
Extruding system:
IKV screw design for high efficiency of mixing and elasticizing the quality.
Diehead and Clamping system:
1 layer, 2 layer , 3 layer and 4 layers diehead, 2 and 3 layer diehead are with co-extrusion technology.
Electrical controlling system:
On the basis of our rich experience in extrusion field, we all adopt high quality pneumatic
accessories, and in accordance with the requirement of each extrusion blow products, we
design different blowing article, air exhausting, air dryness and so on blow system.
Hydraulic pattern and pneumatic system:
We adopt the oil circulation system from Japan YUKEN, and pneumatic system from
Festo and Wptc. The selecting of oil pump, circulation board and the unique filter system,
makes the oil circulation with faster speed, stability in reducing speed, low noise, energy
conservation and long duration.
