The above machine which we supply it to you, we supply you one year's after sales warranty, we can also dispatch our engineer to your factory to install this equipment and train your staff, but the Buyer should pay the round air ticket cost and arrange the hotel accommodation as well as the means for Seller’s engineer. A. Yeah, if single machine, we will send you the installation drawing and documents first, if you still have problems, we will arrange our engineers go to your place for installation guiding. If production line, our engineer will go to your place do installation & debugging for you directly.
Q. Do you provide after-sale service?
A. The warranty period is one year. If there’s any problem of the equipment not caused by reasonable operation in one year,we will help you solve it (If it is small problem like spare part is broken, we will send you freely; other small problem we will guide you to solve it by phone or e-mail; If the problem cannot be solved by guiding,we will arrange technician come to your place to mend it after confirmation)
