The paper sticking series are used to laminate the volumed decorative paper, the volumed PVC or the volumed protecting film on the surface of plan boards such as the MDF, the particleboard, the plasterboard and so on without bubble or wrinkle and with high efficiency.
FEATURES of paper sticking machine HSHM1350TZ-C
1. It can finish the dust collection, the glue spraying & drying the paper sticking, the hot and cold press successively with high efficiency.
2. All the rollers rising is controls by air cylinder system which makes even pressure and can protect the roller when accident.
3. The glue coating system adopts the overrunning clutch and the direction of the two glue coater roller is reverse which the glue coating result better and better.
4. Following the glue coating, there is a heating system which used to dry the glue and better to use in winter What is more the conveying length after the glue coating part is 3000mm which is long enough to take the board out if the glue coating result is not perfect
5. there are three heating pressing rollers and double cold pressing roller which make good pressing result without the wrinkle and bubble
6. The loading part is 2500mm and the unloading part is 3000mm
7. It equips with automatic material loading system which can save work.
8The dust collection system adopts double brush units which makes better result than the fan
