APPLICATION:

The paper sticking series are used to laminate the volumed decorative paper, the volumed PVC or

the volumed protecting film on the surface of plan boards such as the MDF, the particleboard, the

plasterboard and so on without bubble or wrinkle and with high efficiency.

FEATURES:

1. It can finish the dust collection, the glue spraying, the paper sticking, the hot and cold press

successively with high efficiency.

2. The rolls rising is contrals by pneumatic lifting system

3. The glue coating system adopts the overrunning clutch.

4. Following the glue coating, there is a heating system which used to dry the glue. What is more

the conveying length after the glue coating part is 3000mm which is long enough to take the board

out if the glue coating result is not perfect

5, there are three heating pressing roller and double cold pressing roller which make good pressing

result without the wrinkle and bubble
