 High efficiency touchscreen computerized reagent feeder

CDJ-2006 series computerized reagent feeder is a brand new numerically controlled reagent feeder withpatent of utility model. Compared with the previous reagent feeders, it has the following features:

1. Adopting SIEMENS programmable controller, touch screen, solid state relay and other high-performance and high-quality electric elements, the equipment has stable and reliable performance, even if under quite adverse environment such as high elevation.
2. High automaticity; all the main control parameters can be operated on the main machine; and the dose can be adjusted from time to time at discretion very easily according to the nature of the ores during the production.  
3. Adopting special dosing valve for small dosage for the reagents used sparingly (such as flotation oil, and so on), the control over the dose is very accurate and even, overcoming the defect of too long dosing interval.
4.  Adopting the design of maintenance-free and long-life high electromechanical integration, service life of executive elements (wearable parts) will be longer than one year.

 Moreover, the feeder is equipped with the latest operation and display interface. The name of reagent can be set freely. The stock of reagent of each shift in the current month and the operating parameters are clear and luculent.

1. Specification: Add chemicals through Channels 8, 16, 24, 32, 64, and 128. The number of feeding points can be customized as required by customers.
2. Dose: The dose can be set freely as per the customer’s requirements, and the dose is continuously adjustable.
3. Contents of display: Name of the reagent in each channel, dose and accumulated dose, electronic clock, date.
4. Display: 7.7” TFT color touch screen.
5. Protection against power failure: Protection against power failure is provided for the set quantity, accumulated quantity of each feeding point, and various parameters set.
6. Working temperature: 0°C~40°C
7. Error: ≤1.5%
8. Power supply: AC220V, 50HZ.
9. Power consumption: main machine 35W, control system 500~1500W.
10. External dimensions: main machine: 710×370×1800 (mm metal casing).
11. Weight: 100Kg (control cabinet).

   Warranty period for main machine is one year while repairing service is available all year round. Should any malfunction occur within one year after purchasing, please send the machine to us or to the local repairing office. We will not be responsible for the fault due to opening the machine without authorization or improper utilization or other human factors.

Long-life design is adopted for the auxiliary parts like solenoid valve. They usually incur no repairing during running. Just carry out common maintenance for them. They are also not included in the scope of warranty.
