New type medicament high efficiency agitation tank

Mixing operation is part of the whole process during industrial production, and is widely applied in such industrial sectors as chemicals, mineral dressing, foodstuff, fiber, paper-making, petroleum and water treatment.

Mixing will disperse two or more than two kinds of substances in each other, which will then reach even mixing, while also speed up the process to transfer heat and mass. Mixing covers mechanical mixing and gas-flow mixing, or alternatively, mixed stirring, with the functions as follows:

To mix materials evenly;

To well disperse gas in liquid phase;

To suspend evenly the solid particles (like catalyst) in liquid phase;

To ensure sufficient emulsification after even suspension for another liquid phase which is not dissolvable;

To strengthen inter-phase mass transfer (like absorption, etc);

To strengthen heat transfer.

High efficiency agitation tank the characteristics of this produce are:

1)Diameter of impeller is increased, so the peripheral speed of the impeller is increased, agitating ability to pulp and chemical is improved.

2)The impeller is the designed into a pileus type, agitating and cycling ability to pulp and chemicals is improved

3)There equipped with a duck and the impeller is in it. The improvedment of the agitation ability increased the negative pressure caused by slurry movement, which is confined to a limited space by the duct, reinforcing the sucking ability for slurry and chemical and further strengthening the cycling effect of the slurry and chemical

4)The pileus impeller products a downward pressure during running, so that the sucking force is reinforced again, and then the cycling effect of the slurry and chemical is strengthened as well.

5) Beneath the duct, jets are arrrangen, which is also helpful to the cycling. Complete agitation and cycling of the slurry and chemical have the mineral surface to be fully contacted with chemical, being benefit to flotation. Only mineral surface is 100% reagent-contacted, high recovery is guaranteed.

Usually used in the following similiar process of gold,silver,copper, lead zinc, molybdenum and so on.

1. Hoisting and transporting of equipment should be conducted horizontally. Main shaft should be fixed properly inside the tank if tilted or placed horizontally to prevent bending of main shaft (which may influence use) during hoisting and transporting.

2. The main beam should be well leveled when installing then tank body to ensure that the main shaft be perpendicular to horizontal plane.

3. Test run shall be conducted after installation is completed. Fill water (approximately 70% of the equipment) into the equipment before test run starts. Never operate mixing or test run when the equipment has no water inside, which may bend the mixing shaft.

4. Load-free test turn shall go on at least for two hours and loaded test run shall require a minimum of 4 hours. Attention should be paid to each part after load is changed. Normal production shall be commenced after making sure that range allowed are not exceeded.
