Features of the machine
The machine adopts frequency speed regulating which has the viruses of steady speed change.
And it has virtue of less electricity consumption,lower failures and easier maintenance than one with fixing
electromagnetism timing system.
The screw and barrel
adopt 38CrMoALA with double mixing,which have the virtues of long life,high productivity
The flow path of die head
has virtues of high degree of polish ,low resistance,no adhibitting material,easy to clean, high quality finished goods because of molybdenum process.
Auxiliary machinery adopts eustylos structure with beautiful externality and convenience in operation.
It is also installed height adjustment equipment so that different films which will be produced are up to optimum condition.
The rotary die head it can make the thickness of film even and make the rolling surface smooth through rotation.
The surrounding of film gets pressure evenly.
Rolling system
it adopts torque motors which can make the roll-up tension constant in order to get the film's
flatness and compaction and steadiness.
